As the title implies, these pieces use as their source a very echo-y recording of water within a cave. The Disintegration of Water
A long improvised suite, starting with a more fractured feel and eventually becoming a roar of noisy, water-like sounds, as if you were trapped in a cave by the beach during a storm. These are broken by quantum changes in filter settings, to emphasize the intended disjointed effect of the piece.

A shorter and more dynamic piece, that reminds me a bit of the great electronic soundtrack work of Louis and Bebe Barron for the film ‘Forbidden Planet’.
